This study has been driven by the communities involved. All 3 communities worked together to develop the questions for the study in order to collect information and experiences that will guide future pandemic preparedness in context. The communities will identify beneficiaries, community members, and health care providers which they think will provide important context. Participants will represent frontline health workers, people with lived COVID experience, vaccine centre workers, community organizations, and community leaders.
